Nabeez or Nabidh was the favorite drink of Prophet Muhammad. It is a drink traditionally made from raisins/grapes or dates steeped in water. (Ajwa dates or Manaqqa is also the best variety for making Nabeez)
Recipie of Nabeez:
The recipe is very simple. After Isha prayer, soak around 5/6 dates(take the stones out) or 100 grams of raisins in 500ml to 1 litre of drinking water and cover with a plate or lid. Next morning, you can drink the water & eat the soaked fruit, or just use your blender (water + soaked fruit) to obtain a beautiful / cloudy Nabeez.
Note: Nabidh is non-intoxicating. But it should be consumed within 12 hours of soaking time, as steeping over 12 hours ferments the drink, making it intoxicating and alcoholic. One can keep the Nabeez air tight inside the refrigerator, it will not spoil for couple of days Insha'Allah.
Ibn 'Abbas reported that Nabidh was prepared for Allah's Messenger (SAWW) in the waterskin, Shu'ba said: It was the night of Monday. He drank it on Monday and on Tuesday up to the afternoon, and If anything was left out of it he gave it to his servant or poured it out you soak the fruit in morning, drink it at the evening. (Sahih Muslim Book 23, Number 4972)
l Do not mix dates and raisins while preparing the Nabeez.
Abu Qatada (R.A) on the authority of his father reported the Messenger of Allah (SAWW) said, "Do not prepare Nabidh by mixing nearly ripe dates and fresh dates together, and do not prepare Nabidh by mixing grapes and dates together, but prepare Nabidh for each (one of them) seperately." (Sahih Muslim Book 23 Hadith 4904)
l Prophet(SAWW) forbade to make Nabeez in Gourd,wooden vessels, varnished jar or pitcher.

l It assists the spleen function, liver, throat, chest and prostate.
l It also benefit patients of Arthritis and elevated levels of Uric Acid (gout).
Naneez is also a healthy drink for kids. You can add more ingredients in it to increase the nutrition value and to improve the taste for children as they love smoothies and milk shakes, so you can add milk to it. Also try the fruits and nuts like mangoes, banana, apples, almonds etc.
